•    Provide quality customer service by engaging in effective communication with customers, welcoming customers, giving them fast service with precision, address their queries as needed.

•    Ensure that the products are displayed in the right location at the appropriate time and in correct quantities by working closely with suppliers. 

•    Provide support and assistance to customers by selecting items and provide details of the products if needed.

•    Responsible for directing and controlling particular sections in the branch and ensures the availability of the products on display and maintain its standards. 

•    Responsible for handling customer happiness  desk operations as well as POS activities  and assist customers in terms of queries, complaints, repairs, returns and refunds etc.

•    Process refund or exchange as per the customer requirement in alignment with Union Coop’s Standard Operation Procedure.

•    Operate cash register equipment quickly and accurately process sales transaction while following company standards.
