Main Function:
Cut, trim, and package meat for retail sale

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment.
Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery.
Cut ,weigh ,de -bone ,trimming and grinding of meat.  
Weigh, wrap, and label display cuts of meat and meat products.
Cut or prepare adequate quantity of meats to be displayed or as any extra quantity specification or as per customer’s orders.
Ensure that meat items are handled and stored properly.
Preparing special cuts of meat ordered by Customers.
Keep inventory of meat sales and order meat supplies. 
Review and monitor and assist in maintaining clean and hygienic work environment. 
Serve /assist customer for meat selection and reply to their product queries.
Comply with all health, hygiene and legal requirements.
