Duties and Responsibilities

Able to independently marinate the meat, prepare all types of Shawarma sandwiches, Shawarma plates, burger and grill varieties.
Able to prepare all types of sauces like Lebanese Sauce, Mexican Sauce, Italian Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Coleslaw, Tahina, Taboola and other sauce varieties.
Able to handle stock supplies and communicate with butchery in charge for order preparation 
Ensure and assist in cleaning and sanitizing of preparation room and kitchen equipment and storage equipment.
Ensure high standards of food safety , health and safety while preparing food and handling machineries
Comply with the Union Coop and regulatory bodies guidelines and rules 
Take and attend customer orders
