Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares all Kind of salads, and appetizers
Clean, peel and cut ingredients to be served for Customers.
Prepares different types of salads, appetizers and dressings.
Coordinate with the Butchery In-charge for daily Orders.
Able to prepare all types of sauces like Lebanese Sauce, Mexican Sauce, Italian Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Coleslaw, Tahina and Tabola.
Ensure and assist in cleaning and sanitizing of preparation room and kitchen equipment and storage equipment.
Comply with the Union Coop and regulatory bodies guidelines and rules
Take and attend customer orders
