Main Function:

Bag scanned items, helping customers  ,answering their questions  and arranges shopping trolleys and baskets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Help customers in suitable separation of their purchased items into shopping bags
2.    Collect and arrange trolleys and shopping baskets from all areas and place them in their allocated area
3.    Clean/ wash the baskets and trolleys
4.    Segregate damaged baskets and trolleys and report to Customer Service Coordinator
5.    Conduct counting of baskets and trolleys for inventory
6.    Act in helping cashier regarding any action (call security, assure prices, replace items, etc.)
7.    Segregate and sort customer’s purchased items according to category and bag them properly and accordingly
8.    Assist in bulk sales as instructed by cashiers and bulk salesman
9.    Return damaged items and items which brought to cash and not purchased to the prospective shelf
10.    Distribute promotion catalogues, flyers and other promotion materials to the trolleys, counters and stands
11.    Be present in the POS to ensure that customer transaction in moving fast by providing high customer service in the bagging
12.    Provide good customer service standards by following Union Coop greeting standards and grooming standard
13.    Provide assistance to all other sections/ area of works within the showroom.
